Best way to wet cap.

I know you can either cap it in the maintenance station and I've also seen it done with a shallow lid with solution. I'd prefer the maint. station method, but it's difficult to do that without it initiating a head clean which then pulls your wet cap solution through the waste ink lines which defeats...

Re: Black Print Leaving Purple (Outer) Shadow

I noticed it takes more passes when on precise and takes longer, obviously due to the increased passes. Any suggestions?

Re: Black Print Leaving Purple (Outer) Shadow

I know this is old. Never resolved the issue but it was so subtle that it didn't matter at the time because I wasn't using that printer much. However I'm starting to use it more and want it to be all the way right. I noticed on the print purge the lines looked VERY sloppy, not straight and had mild ...

Re: Treatbot style pretreater

I just saw the Cobra on FB so I came here to see if there were any references to it. To me it appeared to be a good looking (which doesn't matter if it underperforms) machine. Definitely looks like more time and detail were put into Cobra than the treatbot. Naturally when you see a machine construct...

Re: Right on !! - P600 OpenDTG Kit Build

Great job Rookie! I like how you were serious about it with the buttons and such. I know that great feeling of the first print from a machine you built. I definitely many more builds in the works. Thank you Andy. You have no idea how much appreciation I have for you. I'm sure MANY others share the s...

(Downloads) ASF motor no longer needed.

It says the ASF motor is no longer needed. That's a great thing when you're using the AiO board. For those not using the board, if you can find an extender 4 wire cable (I had one because I had a spare r3000 printer, I think it was to the maint station) so that you can mount the motor elsewhere so t...

Re: DIY R3000 Complete Build - With documentation

iuliusdobre, Thank you I appreciate the kind words. Currently, I'm only using CMYK since this was my first build and I wanted to first builda working machine before I added the additional (potential) difficulties that white ink can be prone to cause.  However I can assure you now that I...
