But i have a problem with good edge.

Is the surface level?

Looks like your printhead gets farther away from the tile.

Can you share details of the UV light, inks, cartridges, etc?

Hi Andy,

i print plastic bricks
I use LED 50W 395nm, Heatsink with Fan (35°C continous )and i have print LED support with 3D printer :)
Ink UV from China without Tank, i use Refillable Cartridges (more easy)

Nice result but i think my platten have not nice horizontal, i change it tomorrow.

Yes being flat is very important. You want the printhead 2-3 mm from the substrate you're printing on.

Is the 50W curing the ink well?
