Epson WF-7110 + Arduino

Sun Mar 12, 2017 1:16 am

Hi Andy,
sorry for my English.
Is it possible to use your Arduino code to use stepper motor instead of epson motor?
How I can plug encoder to Arduino. Do you have manuals? Starting my second project with Epson WF-7110 DTW. First was Epson R200.

I don't have any experience with the WF-7110. It is possible but you will need to study and learn the printer very well.

First time DIY DTG users are best to use Epson 1430 or P600. These models have the most support and online information

Thank you for answer. Could you tell me how to connect arduino with stepper motor to encoder. I'm gonna make it, for now, friction drive. How to make stepper motor to work like mirror of pf motor. Which library to use? Do you have manual?

Read through this section of the forum: http://www.opendtg.com/viewforum.php?f=19
You aren't going to find any 7110 specific information, that's not a commonly used DTG model. So if you use that model you will be more on your own have have a greater challenge.
